So I'm on this new "Chi " Running thing where the most important thing is to run relaxed. Nothing else really matters, just staying relaxed. It is so nice, now I know why I was starting to not enjoy running, my upper body was way too tense and I'd come home just a tense, stiff mess. Today's run was on the canal road again. I went about 4 miles. Then I came home and ran some sprints on the treadmill, which I felt strong on. Good day of running. |
